Independence Star is the journal of the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, published two to three times a year. It consists of more academic articles on the Juche and Songun Ideas, as well as articles about the history of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and activities of the BGSJI.

Submission Guidelines

Independence Star welcomes readers’ submissions on any topic relevant. Since Independence Star is not published on any particular schedule, please send in your contribution at any time, and we will try to fit it into the next issue. If your article is edited in any way you will be informed of this pre-publication.
